A fighting technique can stand alone or be combined with others in a play or break.
Generally speaking, they are divided in attacks, guards and handicraft to break the bind or fool the opponents.
To differ a fighting technique from the regular use of the words, we capitalize the name of the technique.
Also, note that we have primarily named the fighting techniques in English. The titles show the most common historical name as well. This enables us to have one name for the technique regardless of different spelling or the original language. Additionally, while at the moment most books are originally German, in the future we will add books written in other languages and any attempt to 'translate' those future books to medieval German would produce incorrect results.
